For all wedding hair or makeup bookings a 30% deposit is required to secure the agreed date.

Bank transfer, Paypal or cash all accepted - sorry no cheques.

Booking enquires are to be made via the contact page on [domain address] or via telephone or Facebook.

Booking confirmation will be sent via email on receipt of 30% deposit - please note your booking date is not secure until your deposit has been received.

Email booking confirmation from Donna confirms your provisional booking and agreements in accordance with these terms and conditions.

It is the client's responsibility to check the booking confirmation and notify Donna of any errors within 7 days of receipt - after this cancellation fees may apply.

The final balance for weddings is due no later than 3 weeks prior to the event.

For a non-wedding event, a 30% deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking; remaining payment will be due on the day of service.

For corporate clients, an invoice will be sent 21 days prior to the event where possible, and full payment will be required within 7 days.

If a corporate client makes a booking with 21 days unavailable, payment will be taken on the day of booking to secure the desired date.

If for any reason you cancel your booking, your cancellation must be confirmed by email.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have received a receipt of cancellation from Donna and that they are sure she is fully aware of the cancellation.

If in the extremely unlikely but exceptional circumstance Donna needs to cancel a booking, she will make all attempts to find another approriate professional; if this is not possible or the client finds this unacceptable Donna will refund 100% of the deposit payment. This does not include any payments made for trials that have already taken place.

If a client cancels a wedding booking after a trial, the full trial amount and any travel expense is still chargeable.

A maximum of 3 trials per bridal party can take place in a one-day session.

Please be aware that if you require more than one trial, you will need to pay the full trial session fee again.

Trial and travel costs are non refundable.

If the bridal trial change is being made by the bride, 48 hours notice must be given to Donna.

If the bridal trial numbers are reduced, Donna reserves the right to change the time or date of the trial

If a wedding party is booked within 3 weeks or less before the wedding, the balance is required in full.

It is the client's responsibility to inform Donna of any changes to the booking as soon as possible; this includes number of people, location or times.
-
If there is a cancellation of the wedding day or booking within 21 days, the full balance will be required.

Cancellations must be made in writing by email.
-
If more than 2 people are dropped from a group 8 weeks or less before the wedding, a 20% surcharge will be payable.

If the location of wedding changes there may be the need to increase the travel fees on the booking.

If the location changes dramatically, Donna will make every effort travel if at all possible, however she reserves the right to cancel the booking, especially where this may affect another client.

If the booking is directly affected by circumstances beyond Donna's control, whilst every possible endeavour to rectify such situations will be made, no compensation will be offered. It is strongly recommended that the client takes out wedding insurance to cover any such eventualities.

If there is a change in date of the wedding, all efforts will be made to accommodate the client's new date or to ensure an alternative stylist is provided. If that is not possible, full cancellation fees are payable by the client within 21 days.

The client will cover all necessary travel costs in the UK or world-wide.

Congestion/parking/tolls/public transport fees will be added to the final invoice.

If a second stylist/assistant is required at your wedding a supplemental charge of £70 will be added.

Please ensure you advise Donna of any contraindications to beauty treatments or hair styling, medical history and allergy information.

Any treatments that use tints or chemical substance or adhesive will be subject to a patch test 48 hours before the appointment.

Donna will not be held responsible for any reactions or health implications as a result of patch tests or treatment.

The client understands the patch test is used with client's consent and any treatments where patch tests cannot be performed will not be carried out.

Should there be an allergic reaction to the skin test, the company will not be liable for any claim that may arise from any treatment given subsequent to any test.

Patch tests done in previous salons are not sufficient, only patch tests carried out by Donna can be used.

The client agrees that Donna has the right to use any photos or videos on her website or social media, unless the client specifically states otherwise in writing.

Due to smoking laws, smoking whilst the stylist is working is not permitted at any time.

Donna has the right to refuse clients for hair styling or beauty treatments should the client become rude, aggressive, abusive, or otherwise behave in a way likely to cause distress. In this instance, full Cancellaton fees will apply.

All beauty treatments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% surcharge at Donna's discretion. Cancellations can be made via telephone, by email, or on the contact page of this website.

We do not provide credit terms.

We do not at this time accept credit/debit card.

Payment can be made via Bacs prior to treatment, cash or paypal.

Travel expenses will be charged at £0.45p per mile after the first 10 miles from GU21

Prices are correct at the time of publishing. Every care has been taken to provide the content of this website and its prices.

Arriving late may intefere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include preparation of room and client, i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.

Donna reserves the right to alter treatment prices without prior notice, any treatments booked before any price increase will be honoured at the price quoted at the time of booking.

Please ensure mobile phones are switched off or switched to silent during treatment times.

Please note Donna cannot accommodate any children in the studio under the age of 13 unless accompanied by an adult (excluding the client).

Please ensure all personal items and valuables are retrieved before leaving the studio. Although it has never happened, we will not be held liable for any lost/stolen items.

Opening times are subject to appointment and subject to change at any time.

All terms and conditions are accepted by the client on booking.

All clients will be asked to sign a copy of the terms and conditions on consultation or booking, electronic or on paper.
